My two wonderful running/walking partners. The full moon up a bit early to light my way.
Hi! A tad cloudy but not bad at all.
My friend says this looks spooky. The owl hooting made it a bit scary. The last of the sun.
Around the creek, moon behind me.
As I was walking pass my daddy’s house he was on the porch waiting for me. Whistling for me to stop in. I stopped for a visit and then headed home.
2.25 miles, warmed up, ran a bit, jogged most until it got dark and then just trotted home. It was 18* and no wind, a great evening for a night out. According to my new pedometer, which by the way I love, I burned 311 calories. That was the only exercise I did today but I got out and about and that was what is important.

Great pictures! I love that sunset one:-)
Love this! What fun going on a walk with you. I need a walking buddy and especially one that will brave the elements. I'm basically a wimp. Anyway, good exercise for the day! :)
Great photos, Julie. I wish I could have been there. I love being outside at night, but not alone. It is raining here or Dail and I could hike later. Maybe I will be inspired by these photos to get on the treadmill today.
Looks like you truly enjoyed yourself out there, Julie! I like the fact that you have pictures to make us feel like we could come along. :)
I need a pedometer- which one do you recommend?
I loved this post. It made me envious of where you live. So peaceful and calm. The light on you daddy's house and him waiting for you. What a blessed life you have!
Looks like a great walk/run there! I thought it was a very nice picture of you there, too!! I would love to have dogs on my walks, maybe in the future I hope :)
This is so funny, I just finished raving about how much I like running at night! LOL. I'm glad you're having a good time getting out there. Great picture story!
you've been tagged
I'd love to walk with you! I used to walk by my parents house every sunday morning and join them for some Maté (equivalent of an early morning coffee).I think it's always special to be close to your parents as adults.
You're a brave soul. I could never walk/run outside in the dark like that. Good for you!!
