All night long my legs screamed and hurt and stung and tingled and wiggled and stretched and … well did I say hurt? So today is not going to be a push it day. I will go for a walk this morning, later on cuz I don’t have anyone this morning so a nice morning to just take it ease. And tonight is Venture Crew Scouts and we’re going mini golfing so a slow and easy evening but still no sitting on butt doing nothing.
I have learned from last year that when my legs scream QUIT!! I do. I have to cuz I am not going to be in pain and laid up for months just because my brain says don’t listen to them, get off your behinder and move. Not this time.
So I am thinking today is a good day for those fish flopping exercises. You know the plain old regular leg lifts, crunches, squats, plants and more. In fact I am thinking before I finish dressing would be a good time to do that so really that means NOW!
I better go and do it before I change my mind and think of something else I should be doing just so I don’t have to do them. Take care my friends and have a blessed day.

Are you stretching? Have your tried some light yoga. May legs will yell at me when they start to get to tight and they remind me to stretch.
