E2E Challenge update…

E2E: Emerge Transformed!14 Weeks to a New You!

I am still not feeling great so this post is just going to be the facts and I’m going back to bed or at least to the couch.

My weight stayed the same this week, 185.4 (really it was 185.1 but that’s not enough to say anything about). My measurements didn’t change either for the week. My book is awesome, I’m  back to reading…

I have stopped by all of you this week at least once and I tried a few more. Casey was on vacation this week and I can’t wait to hear about it when she’s home and settled. My quotes I shared this week with another blogger that wants to run and is at a crossroads and I’m hoping the helped her like they have me. It just reminds me that if I really want to become a runner, just keep doing it. "If you want to become the best runner you can be, start now. Don't spend the rest of your life wondering if you can do it." -Priscilla Welch

And yesterday I did my run for the Healthy Heart Weekend, I did prove to myself that even though I felt horrible that I can push myself and do what I have committed to and get it done.

So that’s my update guys. Nothing fantastic. Just another week in learning to take care of me so that I can become the happy, healthy Julie I want to be.

Take care everyone and I hope that this week is a fantastic week for you. I have a small worry that I am going to figure out. Since I am driving full time bus for the next 4-6 weeks I am hoping that I can get in my exercise so that sitting on my butt doesn’t turn it all to mush and I gain back all that I’ve worked to lose. I’m not sure when the gym will fit in my schedule so am thinking it’ll be running here in the dark when I get home and fish flopping exercise to a DVD. I can do this, I am going to do this. I don’t want to get fat again.

I love that quote, Julie! And get some rest this weekend! Hope you're feeling better soon.
Hey, and don't forget to add your linky to the E2E page. I just linked up and didn't see yours!
Have a great, healthy week and I'll email soon! :)

I can really see your passion for running. Just make sure you follow all the safety guidelines. We're not young folks, and the knees/ankles/feet take a beating. Do it as safely as possible...and I'm so glad the book is workign it for you.

Feel better....and here's to another week, full of our visions of a healthier future.

Hugs,

I love that book, too! I hope that you'll be feeling better soon, and you lost 0.3 pounds this week! Take credit for that! When I'm not feeling well, I always gain!

Fish Flopping Exercise!! LOL!!! Isn't that just EXACTLY what it must look like to anyone walking through the living room??

My kids just shake their heads and leave the house when I pull out the DVD's and shove the furniture back to the walls. :)

Have a fantastic week, Julie!

I read that book and loved it. You're doing great, just busy, so get your rest, take your vitamins, drink your water, and the rest will come. I know it will for both of us. Hugs, friend.

That looks like a great book. Especially because it is designed for WOMEN! I am finding the only way I can get in the exercise is to do it first thing in the morning, even if I get up super early. Don't know if that works for you.

Another thing that might work: I try to find stairs that I can climb. It is great cross training, plus, there are many buildings that have UNUSED steps that will work so just a thought.

Happy Valentin's day, too!
