The best way to lose weight is to just eat the right foods...Go lean on the carbs- limit sweets to special occasions.. protein, veggies, fruits, grains...Mediterranean diert is the best way to lose weight... Its a mindset Julie, don't count the calories it just will depress you. Know what is not good and accept eating what is good for you... Eat to live, not live to eat...Its a lifestyle change..

Huh. That's pretty interesting. I honestly don't count calories, I try to eat healthy and I try to listen to my stomach...it doesn't always work, but sometimes.
