I asked Deb tonight (she’s my partner in crime right now) if she thought…..
I have a 5K on June 8th..... do you think I will be at weight and strong enough to jog the full thing? I so want to be.....
I think this is my goal for now. Other than the being at weight and finishing the C25K so I can complete this the way I want too.
I have a time in mind but I need help to see if it’s realistic…. what is a decent time for a 5K? What are your thoughts. Just curious and I know everyone is different but just curious.

I don't know what a decent time is, but I would guess a little less than an hour. Just be very careful not to over do. I would hate for you to hurt yourself unintentionally.
Your on your own with that one my dear lol! I can't wait until we can start walking again though!!!! Thus weather is the pits!!!!
when my daughter was in h.s. a great time was a 5 min. mile...but that was for the very best... she would do a 6/7 min. mile... what u run on plays a big part... a track and field surface is the best... asphalt drags the time down...have u googled your question?

: ) You already know my answer!!! BUT!!! short answer.... Shoot for 40. BUT dont get hurt, and dont be disappointed if its slower!! AND, nothing wrong with walk breaks. AND celebrate no matter what the time!!!
