Another excellent idea and challenge…

march-sixpack-01

Since my middle needs the most help I am going to work on this along with Jillian’s 30 day Shred. I’m not starting with day one since tomorrow is the 5th already but I think I’m in good enough shape to start there and not be over doing it. I sure do hope!!  Want to check it out? Just click on the calendar.

Take care and enjoy your evening. Blessings my friends!!

OMG, I love this. I'm gonna get a calendar and make up my own. No way I can do that many push-ups, etc, but I'm gonna do something like this to push myself. I have a couple blank calendars that would work fine for motivation. THANKS!!!

What a great idea! I love it! Also, thanks for stopping by my blog. We had mostly rain down here in SE MN. I think winter is on its way out, but it's been one of the best that I can remember--or maybe the worst--depending on whether or not you like outdoor snow sports. I don't particularly like to be outside in the winter, so I have been very happy this year. Have a great week!

Wow, this looks hardcore! I'm not sure I could progress this fast on the plank, that is sooooo hard! You can do it!

Looks very challenging. I don't think I can do most of that. I have no upper body strength. I know you can do it though. I wish you the best with it. :)

I love this challenge too. I am jumping on board even though I am a few days late. :) thanks

Great plan! I need to look up the plank and see the proper technique!

That does seem ambitious. Looking forward to seeing how it works for you. Have a great week!

I'll do it! I'm convinced that I actually already have a six pack under the fluff, I just need to pull it to the surface.

You're doing such a great job, Julie, really and truly. I'm so impressed with the running in the snow and skiing!

OH! I just remembered something! From the sermon at mass this weekend... Fr. Luke used a quote "Live your life for God, because you may be the only gospel that most people ever read." I immediately thought of you, my friend.

Have a wonderful, wonderful week!
