New beginning….

So to start a new beginning you have to have a start so since I will be off during Christmas vacation……remember I’m a bus driver. school-bus-clipart11

I do have my personal care for George that is two days a week and I have one day of daycare but otherwise it’ll be time to start. I’m not going to wait until the new year to start.

My weight is 225 lbs (not my highest but pretty darn close). I am back into my 18’s and it’s a good thing they have a stretch waist at times. I am back into 2xl blouses. I can’t reach my toes, I can’t stretch to reach everything I’d like, I can’t squat without falling over.

I could have a fit that I wasted two years of my life getting to a wonderful size and weight where I was happy but it’s not worth the effort because I am now here and know that I did it once, I will do it again.

Day one will be December 22nd. More thoughts coming. Hopefully a plan of some kind too.

Girl, I am right there with you. What are you planning? I've got to do something. I've ordered a Ninja pro blender thingy to try juicing for a few weeks. I thought I'd try that during the week and eat what I want (within reason) on the weekends. Let me know.

You can do it! It's going to be hard, and it's not going to be the most fun, but you can do it. I have complete faith in you.

Julieeeeeeee!!!

Hello my wonderful, sweet friend!

You are so absolutely right that this has been a long, rough year. But you know what? We've made it through!! We have a few more scars and a few more pounds. We also have wonderful, amazing kids who are growing into fabulous adults, incredible husbands, and faithful friends.

I'm so excited about your hiking trip! That's a really neat goal, you're going to enjoy it so very much when you get to that point.

And a great big YAHOOO for Mike's new job!

Stress is a terrible thing...it effects so many areas of our lives, but what's most important is pushing forward. Don't look back, just know the future is whatever you make it. I'll be keeping you in my prayers and I hope 2015 is a wonderful year for you!
Hugs and blessings,
Jill
