I don't weigh myself very often, bu...HI, Julie,<br />I don't weigh myself very often, but I do keep a log of what I eat and what I do for exercise. The logging really, really helps. I aim for 1500 cals a day, but am hoping that I can lower this to about 1300. Anyway, not sure if you do that regularly. It really helps me.<br /><br />I also weigh in only about every two weeks. WIth my slow metabolism, my basal rate is 1070 cals, I can never lose quick. Thus weighing more often just is not helpful. But I keep at it. I know you will, too.
