I too love to jog, and after seeing your goal for 2012, I am totally impressed. I keep track of how much I do each week, but I've never added up the weeks to get the grand total. (It wouldn't be anywhere near what you're getting in!) But I do think I'll do it, just to see. And again, wahoo to you for all the exercise you're doing. You must be very strong and fit. <br /><br />I never stretch my legs, but often at night, I need to get up after I've gone to bed and do a little stretching. Make sure you take LOTS of picture...Great week!!! <br />Make sure you take LOTS of pictures while youre hiking, and seeing new sites!! I cant wait to travel "with you". <br />And, this is just personal opinion, but I never stretch cold muscles. This is a video of the 'warmups' that I do before I run. http://marathontraining.tv/uncategorized/chirunning-body-looseners-and-four-dynamic-warm-up-exercises-for-runners<br />Then I walk briskly for 5 minutes, and then my muscles are warmed up, if you still want to stretch, this is a good time to do it. And then always stretch when youre finished.
